Icemistress Gal'ha

Ally — 3/5 Troll Mage — Play Cost: 4

Each opponent's maximum hand size is reduced by one for each ally in your party.

Each opponent discards down to maximum hand size only during his or her wrap-up step as usual; not immediately after a ally enters your party.
